Description

The Quantum Indoor – Cloud-based Noise Monitor

Take your indoor noise monitoring to the next level

Quantum Indoor is a powerful noise monitoring solution with built-in cloud connectivity, ideally suited for unattended indoor noise monitoring across various applications. Quantum Indoor can be used for:

Long-term occupational noise monitoring
Identifying the source and type of noise that is occurring
Highlighting where noise control measures are required

The small and discreet monitor is easily installed. Quantum Indoor measures everything you need for comprehensive indoor noise measurements and sends the captured data directly to Cirrus Research’s cloud platform. This allows you to access your live data on the cloud from wherever you are and whenever you need it. On the MyCirrus cloud platform, you can view and analyse historical data and create detailed reports. You can also set up comprehensive event-based triggers to capture audio recordings and send alerts to users via text message, email, or the dedicated MyCirrus smartphone mobile applications. That way, you stay updated and can react to and control real-time noise events.

Think outside the box with our comprehensive indoor noise monitoring solution

Quantum Indoor is powered by our intuitive cloud platform, MyCirrus. Available with flexible subscription plans, MyCirrus provides a comprehensive solution to remote noise monitoring for any industry and application.

You can use a single Quantum Indoor monitor or link several units to create a cloud-connected network of noise monitors, allowing you to get the full picture of the impact noise is having on your site.

Using Quantum portal, you can see a live noise map using the Floor Plan view, perfect for seeing noise levels where they’re occuring and providing context for your measurement data. Thr floor plan allows you to respond in real-time to noise events and identify potential areas of concern before they pose significant risks.

Each Quantum Indoor unit communicates with the MyCirrus cloud platform, sending noise data to it every second. This data is then displayed in the live feed on Quantum portal, allowing you to view it remotely around the clock, from any device, anywhere in the world.

If you’re using set measurements, you can view your time history and octave band data, which is stored on MyCirrus, along with any audio data recorded during the measurement period.

You can set up several noise-based event triggers for audio capture and real-time alerts, based on your own set of conditions for acceptable noise emissions. Notifications can be set-up to be sent via automated email, SMS and push notifications through our dedicated smartphone application, allowing for noise issues to be controlled before a non-compliance condition arises.

Audio recordings are made when a noise event is triggered, so you can review and identify the noise source easily. Each recording can be played back from within the Quantum portal or downloaded to your PC/laptop for more in-depth analysis.

Quantum Indoor captures both 1:1 and 1:3 octave band data alongside all other noise measurement parameters, which is stored in and accessible through the Quantum portal. This information allows you to analyse your noise data in greater detail to better understand the nature of the noise and its potential implications.

You can use the frequency analysis screen in Quantum portal to view your the frequency data in exquisite detail. Explore each peak and trough in a fully navigable 3D model.

From within the Quantum portal, you can create detailed noise reports based on the data captured by your Quantum Indoor units. Several standard reports are available from the Quantum portal, with further user-definable options are planned for a future release.

You can also export your data to our incredibly powerful licence-free reporting software, NoiseTools, for further in-depth analysis of your noise data. You are also able to customise your reports with your organsation’s branding for a more tailored and professional look.
