And if we don’t make it, then resources are saved. Net Zero by 2050
We’ve signed up to the UK Government’s Net Zero initiative and pledged that we will reduce our carbon footprint by 50% by the year 2035 and be Net Zero by the year 2050.
We’re focussing on establishing our carbon footprint and finding ways that we can reduce it. We aim to achieve this by concentrating our efforts on the things we can control, including:
- The things we buy in
- The things we dispose of and how we dispose of them
- The materials and processes used in the manufacture of our products
- The materials and processes used to get our products to you
- Our internal processes and procedures
- Our behaviours
We know that we’re not perfect and that there is always more we can do. However, we’re determined to do whatever we can to reduce, reuse, repair, and recycle across all areas of our business, including production, distribution, and throughout our offices in the UK and Germany. We will continue to find ways to offset the impact of things that we cannot control directly.
