Cirrus Research, specialists in the design and manufacture of noise monitoring equipment, is pleased to announce the opening of its new Spanish office.
Cirrus Research S.L., based in Barcelona, will provide sales, marketing and support activities for Cirrus Research plc’s noise measurement instruments in the Spanish market.
Silvia Anguera, the latest member of staff to join the Cirrus team, has been appointed as Sales Support Administrator for the new Cirrus Research office in Barcelona and will be the first point of contact for our customers in Spain.
Silvia commented: “I studied English philology, because I have always been interested in the Anglo-Saxon culture as well as in foreign languages in general, that’s why I also started studying German in the university. After some varied work experiences, I have worked in the customer support area since 2003 as the link between the customers, the Spanish team and international offices. I have always looked for the opportunity of working in international environments, where I could speak English which helped me develop my skills with the language. During my experience I’ve dealt with all the administrative tasks to offer a high level of customer service both pre and post sales in the Spanish market.
I’m also interested in making the world accessible for the disabled people and I recorded an audiobook two months ago. And although it’s nice building a better world for these people it’s better preventing future problems, and that’s what we precisely do in Cirrus Research.”
