We’re thrilled to kick off 2025 with a host of new and enhanced features for the Quantum Portal! These updates are designed to make your experience even more user-friendly, efficient, and advanced. Here’s a closer look at what’s new in this release.
Language Selection
We’re making the Quantum Portal more accessible than ever! You can now switch the portal’s language from English to German, French, or Spanish.
Changing your language is quick and easy – just go to your profile drop-down, select “Manage Account”, and choose your preferred language.
Health Alerts
Stay in control with our brand-new Health Alerts feature! You can now create alerts to notify you if your unit goes offline, has no recent measurements, or experiences high network usage. You can also snooze alerts for a set period of time.
Access this feature under System Health > Health Alerts.
Enhanced Graph Functionality
Great news for data enthusiasts! You can now view time history at resolutions finer than one minute.
We have also improved the navigation on the Time History screen and enabled markers. For example you can now mark up an area and see summarised data for that specific period, and even export just that marker information.
Updated Dose Markers
We’ve revamped the dose calculation feature with a brand-new Dose Calculator page. Here’s what’s new:
- Easily add markers to the Time History graph and assign them to specific users.
- Access dose information by selecting Go to Dose Calculator.
- Generate detailed Dose Reports with ease.
Plus, we’ve added a “Show Noise Dose” button on multiple pages to give you quicker access to noise exposure data, normalized to an 8-hour working day.
Improved Reports
We’ve made significant enhancements to reporting to save you time and improve usability:
- Faster processing when exporting or re-running reports.
- A new combined noise and weather report is available under the weather section.
- There is also a new weather report available!
- Customisable start times and penalties for Day, Evening, and Night (Lden) and Day and Night (Ldn) reports.
- The option to email reports directly from the portal.
Audio File Management
You can now delete individual audio files after review, giving you greater control over your data.
Floor Plan Update
Visualising your data just got better! You can now upload multiple images or floor plans to your account, enabling better visualization across multiple floors, buildings, or sites.
To add a new floor plan, simply press the “Add Floor” button.
