Invictus Environmental Noise Monitors is a purpose built environmental noise monitoring instrument designed for use in a wide range of applications from short term noise measurements to long term noise monitoring projects.

An Invictus can be used on its own as a portable environmental noise monitor or can be combined with other instruments and sensors to form part of a larger, more comprehensive noise measurement and management system.

Ease of use is key to the Invictus and the large, clear colour touch screen allows the instrument to be deployed quickly whilst allowing the user to see the exact status of the system.

Everything you need for monitoring environmental noise issues

The Invictus Environmental Noise Monitor has been specifically designed with a range of innovative features and functions as standard that can help to make carrying out noise measurements and monitoring quicker and simpler to achieve.

All of the measurement functions in the Invictus are measured at the same time so there’s no risk of selecting the wrong parameter.

The Invictus supports a range of standard communication methods including a 4G/3G/GPRS modem, ethernet (LAN) or Wi-Fi. Invictus can also communicate over RS232 where other communication options are required.

Fully weather protected, the main instrument is contained in a secure, lockable case with rugged connectors to attach the microphone and other external systems.

Invictus can send alerts via SMS, Email or Twitter to any number of contacts when a noise event occurs.For construction projects that have a daily permitted noise limit Invictus can be configured to alert the relevant parties when a pre-set percentage of that limit is reached.

Noise-Hub2 software package have been designed to work in partnership to provide a complete noise monitoring and reporting system.This next-generation platform can be run on a single PC, on a server or accessed through a web interface, allowing measurement data to be downloaded and reviewed, and reports created quickly and simply.

The calendar function allows you to plan your noise monitoring operations 7 days a week. The in-built calendar allows different measurement periods, triggering templates and alerts to be set up for different times of the day/days of the week to comply with complex noise limit conditions.

Invictus includes additional inputs and outputs for integration of weather data and video recording systems.

Invictus range of noise monitors have a range of variants, giving you flexibility dependant on your requirements, so you only pay for the functions you need. Invictus offers the standard, frequency analysis, scheduled measurements and full advanced monitoring options.
