Cirrus Research is excited to announce the launch of their latest Human Vibration Meter, the Triax. Whether you’re monitoring hand-arm vibration or whole-body vibration, the Triax delivers robust measurement and reporting capabilities to meet the needs of modern health and safety professionals. Built to comply fully with BS8041 and the Control of Vibration at Work Regulations 2005, the Triax gives you all the data you need to protect your team from vibration-related risks.
Key features of the Triax Human Vibration Meter
Stay Compliant, Stay Protected
Prolonged vibration exposure can cause serious health issues like Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS) and musculoskeletal disorders. The Triax Vibration Meter accurately calculates the vector sum (m/s²) of triaxial vibration across the X, Y, and Z axes for individual tools or machinery. It also provides the A(8) daily exposure value, helping you assess each worker’s vibration exposure over a standard working day. With this detailed data, you can monitor and manage exposure effectively, take preventative action, and safeguard your workforce from vibration-related health risks.
Triax Analysis Pro: Licence-Free Reporting Software
Every Triax Human Vibration Meter comes with access to our licence-free Triax Analysis Pro software. Import your measurement data to easily calculate daily vibration exposure values (A(8)) for both hand-arm and whole-body vibration. Triax Analysis Pro makes creating compliant reports for ISO 2631 and ISO 5349 simple, automatically calculates A(8) values, and lets you assign results to individual people and activities.
Get the Most from Your Triax
To help you make the most of your new Triax meter, we’ll be launching a complete online training course over the coming weeks. During this course, you’ll learn how to set up your Triax, use it effectively, and confidently interpret your measurement data.
